    the scheduler: the daily automation that generates invoices, sends overdue reminders, processes suspensions and terminations, updates currency rates and runs queued jobs, plus the mail import that files customer replies against their tickets. Set up the cron job to switch it on — see Set up the scheduler.

    the automation over HTTP. scheduler/scheduler.php and the admin trigger accepted commands from anyone who could reach the URL; both now require $cron_key and answer 404 without it.

    the product to US English throughout — display text, identifiers, fourteen database columns, and the stored status Cancelled, now Canceled.
