• Updated

  all of WBAMS's own PHP is encoded: the language files, the folder guards and the installer's setup steps too. What stays readable is settings.sample.php, which a new site copies and fills in, the installer's start files, which check for the Loader and tell a server without it what it needs, and every third-party library WBAMS ships. A site changes its wording under Text overrides, as before.

• Fixed

  the scheduled tasks run again. On 1.13.0 and 1.13.1 every cron run stopped before doing anything: the daily automation hour, which WBAMS reads from its settings as text, was refused by the date library 1.13.0 brought. Invoices, reminders, late fees and suspensions did not run, and the cron's own email reported setUnit(): Argument #2 ($value) must be of type Carbon\Month|int|float|null, string given. Update to 1.13.2; the next cron run does them.

• Security

  Update WBAMS checks that a downloaded release is for this site's WBAMS (WBAMS or WBAMS POS) before it replaces anything. Installed over another, a release replaces the parts only that one has; now it is refused, and nothing is changed.

• Fixed

  Release Notes and Changelog on Update WBAMS opened the 1.4.0 release notes and an address that does not exist. They open the offered release's notes and its place in the Release history. System Health links each release's own notes, and the window shown after an update links the release just installed (its Release notes button had opened the update page again); its "Template changes in this release" link, which led to the top of the release notes, is gone.

• Fixed

  in the Content Manager, the choices on Footer Layout, Header Layout and Login Screen showed a small blank square with a tick floating over their words. Each choice is now a small drawing of what it does, with the tick on its corner and an accent ring on the chosen one. A filled-in field no longer gets a green tick over its language button, Payment Markup has the same two columns as the rows above it, and Login Screen's background settings sit on the card instead of a panel of boxes.

• Added

  language boxes for news categories and help article tags (Updates Settings and Knowledgebase Settings, tab Languages), and for the product details a visitor reads, such as a software product's platform, licence note and requirements (Products & Services › Languages). Visitors read them in their language on the updates page, under an article, in the tag cloud and in the store. The store's category headings, badges and licence types come from the language files, in English, Spanish and Swedish. See Plans, services and orders.

• Fixed

  the products sections of website pages show a plan's name and description and its group's words in the visitor's language when translations are on, and the billing cycle in the language file's words rather than its raw name. A free product shows Free, prices follow the store's number format, and a quarterly, half-yearly or yearly price shows what it saves. See Page builder sections.

• Fixed

  in the Serepok theme, the header's right side no longer repeats a top strip (it shows once the header is sticky), the light/dark switch is an icon with its words in a tooltip, More makes room when the right side grows, and on a phone the top strip's links show their icons on one line. Cart and the client home's words come from the language files.

• Added

  the Split Hero, Call to Action and Tabs Showcase sections can show App Store and Google Play badges for an app, in Apple's and Google's own artwork and in the visitor's language. See Page builder sections.

• Fixed

  Swedish and Spanish words: Kontakta oss, Support, tvåstegsverifiering and other Swedish words; Tickets in the Spanish client area; Artículos facturables and Autenticación de dos factores in the Spanish admin.

• Fixed

  a field's Translate window in the admin (Support Departments, custom fields, products) showed "undefined" as the field's English value. The language chooser no longer lists English several times when an earlier release left an old language file behind.

• Fixed

  a new install's Media Library no longer lists sample pictures WBAMS does not use, More in the header gets an icon when the items beside it have icons, and WBAMS's support and contact links open wbams.com's own pages.
