- Fixed
the "Help Us Enhance WBAMS" card coming back however often it was declined. A decline is now recorded for that administrator on every browser and computer; the ✖ keeps the card away for thirty days without recording an answer; an installation that switches the tracking off in
settings.phpis not asked at all. - Fixed
the updater leaving every downloaded release in the temporary path. The package and its unpacked copy are removed when an update finishes, and a successful update clears what earlier ones left; one rollback copy is kept.

the Google Analytics chart printing its tooltip's markup instead of the reading, and the country map label and the consent card being unreadable in dark mode.

in Draisap, a knowledgebase "Key facts" line breaking apart when its value held italics or a link, and the Updates sidebar running over the footer.

a broken rule in the admin stylesheet that left the rest of it misparsed. Nothing changes on screen.
- Updated
the database:
resources/sql/upgrade198.sqllets the consent answer be empty and moves administrators holding the old default to "no answer yet", so they are asked once more. On some databases it stopped with "Illegal mix of collations"; 1.10.0 corrects it, so update past 1.9.8.
